We asked for a badge in March (around the 5th) and still nothing

not much to do about it, try and go on Israeli servers or other servers close to your country.
or clean up your pc, it might contain some spyware that is slowing your pc down.

aslo, close all programs you don't need (like msn,...) because ur ping gets higher by it.

If you use gamespy to search servers you must unlock the box  "Servers in my contry only"

no i want portforwording how i can go multiplayer and start server the out country player coming in server today i m see one server but he ask im going mutiplayer free for all and start server! but how coming out country? how port forwording
